Location: teleworking + occasional work meetings in Paris + participation in 10 events per year organised in major French cities (evenings).

We are looking for a "community manager" for our professional association (see www.franceix-asso.org). This full-time or part-time, teleworking position requires someone who is organised, rigorous and capable of managing several tasks in parallel. At least 5 years' experience in technical or commercial relations with telecoms operators is desirable. Non-technical knowledge of peering and IXPs would be a plus.
Leading the community : Organise and run events, webinars and workshops to engage and inform members. Communicate with members on a one-to-one basis.
Communication and marketing of ancillary services : new services (e.g. training) that need to be promoted to members and non-members alike.
Loyalty : Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the loyalty of existing members.
Community growth : Identify and attract potential new members.
Communication : Participating in internal and external communications (social networks).
Monitoring and analysis : Monitor market trends and members' needs to adapt services and offerings.
Experience : 5 years' experience in community management or indirect sales in the telecoms sector.
Technical skills : Good understanding of networks and Internet technologies.
Communication skills : Written and oral communication (FR+EN).
Organisation: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Team spirit : Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Creativity : Ability to innovate and come up with new ideas.
