data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Standard\">FRNIX is a non-profit association registered on 4 June 2010 under number W751205285.<\/p><p class=\"Standard\">It is organised like many other associations in France, with a Board of Directors elected for 3 years and renewed by thirds.<\/p><ul><li class=\"Standard\">Candidates for election must be natural persons, who may or may not be members, or whose parent company may or may not be a member.<\/li><li>The Board organises itself internally to choose its representatives (Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary, etc.).<\/li><li class=\"Standard\">The Association's articles of association are available <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/frnix.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-03-06-Association-FRNIX-Statuts.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/li><li class=\"Standard\">They are amended when necessary after a vote by the members.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element under the French law of 1901, FRNIX has a duty to bring its members together once a year to validate the closing of the accounts and the renewal of the members of the Board of Directors. <a href=\"https:\/\/frnix.org\/en\/a-propos\/le-conseil-d-administration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Board of Directors<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 15.0pt 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\">Held within 6 months of the end of the financial year, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event for the entire FRNIX ecosystem. As well as reviewing the activity and results of the FranceIX IXP over the previous accounting period, these events are an opportunity to announce new developments and to have a relaxed exchange of views between members and with representatives of the <a href=\"https:\/\/frnix.org\/en\/a-propos\/le-conseil-d-administration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>Board of Directors<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 15.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\">Voting is reserved for members of the Association, but General Meetings are open by invitation and registration to the entire French peering ecosystem: members, customers of France-IX Services SAS, partners and guests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 15.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\">General Meetings are generally held as follows:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 15.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\"><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>Introductory remarks<\/li>\n \t<li>Presentation of results and activities by the Board of Directors<\/li>\n \t<li>Presentation of sponsors<\/li>\n \t<li>Introduction of candidates for the Board of Directors<\/li>\n \t<li>Vote<\/li>\n \t<li>Voting results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n&nbsp;\n<p class=\"Textbody\" style=\"margin: 15.0pt 0cm 0cm 0cm;\">You can count on the Board of Directors to develop the network interconnection ecosystem through education, collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gouvernance de l&rsquo;Association FRNIX est une association \u00e0 but non lucratif enregistr\u00e9e le 4 juin 2010 sous le num\u00e9ro W751205285.
