brings together the network and peering players.

A little history

Created in Paris in 2010 (France IX Association) and in Lyon in 2001 (Rezopole/LyonIX), the two associations merged in 2021 to become FRNIX, which owns France-IX Services SAS, the operator of the FranceIX IXP.

In 2023, a new dynamic was introduced and activities are now organised within the Association, such as training courses (BGP workshop), events (aPEERo), IXP discovery sessions (IXPlorations), information meetings for members (PEERmanence) and others to come.
