New Board of Directors 2025
The General Meeting of 10/06/25 elected a new Board of Directors.
The new members are :
- Raphaël Boukris
- David Marciano
- Antoine Nivard
The allocation of roles to each director will be decided at the first meeting of the new Board of Directors.
Claire Audin and Richard Nguyen are stepping down and were warmly thanked by the outgoing Chairman for their work over the last three years.
