nL’Assemblée Générale, sur proposition du Conseil d’Administration et après avoir entendu la lecture de son rapport, décide d’adopter comme nouvelle dénomination, à compter de ce jour : FRNIX.

nEn conséquence, l’article 2 des statuts relatif à la dénomination est modifié comme suit :

 The name of the association is FRNIX.

SECOND RESOLUTION nn

The General Meeting, on the proposal of the Board of Directors and after hearing its report, decides to proceed with a general update of the Articles of Association and adopts, article by article, then as a whole, the text of the Association's Articles of Association, a copy of which will remain appended to these minutes, without the creation of a new legal entity.

THIRD RESOLUTIONnn

The General Meeting confers full powers on the bearer of an original, copy or extract of the minutes of this Meeting to carry out any declaratory, legal publication or other formalities that may be required.
